About This Event

Mobilize Recovery is bringing the Campus Surge 2025 initiative to the University of Tampa as part of a nationwide effort to address the challenges of substance use and mental health among college students. This event aims to raise awareness, provide resources, and empower students to become advocates for recovery within their communities.​

Join us in Agliano Park in celebration of Recovery Month!

(In the case of inclement weather, the venue will be Jenkins Residence Hall, 11th Floor)

What To Expect:

  • Concert with American Idol winner - Noah Thompson!
  • Training & Resource Fair: Leadership and advocacy training designed to equip students with tools to effect change.
  • Student Wellness Activities led by the Phoenix.
  • Community Engagement: Discussion panel and interactive sessions to foster community connection and dialogue.
  • Life-Saving Resources: Information on how to use and locate overdose reversal agents and fentanyl test strips to reduce fatalities.​
