This is not your typical leadership series. We are building a leadership container for creators. This is for people who understand that leading others starts with turning inward and that real community is built when power is shared and collaboration is standard. 

Michael King (The Communities Project) and Jaclyn Brown (Stay Golden Coaching & Consulting + Mobilize Recovery) will be facilitating these sessions. Michael and Jaclyn will each lead 2 sessions and close out with one joint session.

Over 5 immersive sessions (90 minutes each), this exclusive cohort of 30 participants will explore:

• Unlocking your hidden potential by harnessing your transferable skills.
• Developing self-compassion to navigate grief—both in our personal lives and within our work.
• Strengthening relationships and turning your core values into consistent, intentional action.
• Co-creating environments where leadership is shared, everyone recognizes their own ability to contribute, and teams move toward common goals together.

Successful completion of the program will result in a certificate of completion.
