As someone who spent 20 years cycling through carceral systems and addiction, she now serves as the executive director of a leading harm reduction organization in Texas, bringing a unique perspective to the table. This workshop will delve into the crucial topic of advocacy for justice-impacted individuals, shedding light on the challenges they face and the importance of creating a supportive environment for re-entry.
