Bridging the Gap: Celebrating Recovery, Harm Reduction, and Families

Come join us on Sunday, September 22nd from 4:00pm - 8:00pm at the ASU MIX Center in Downtown Mesa for an event that will bring different communities and perspectives together for a night of FREE food, education, celebration, and connection!

Program Schedule:
4:00pm - Resource Fair + Networking
We will have the ultimate melting pot of recovery, harm reduction, and family support resources! We encourage you to mingle and get to know other like minded people in the community. We will have a DJ as well to get the energy going! Food will be served at this time.

5:00pm - Mobilize Recovery Bus Arrival
Take a moment to sign the bus with your own message of inspiration or hope, recovery date, or honor a loved one in remembrance.

5:30pm - Speaker Program Begins
We will have guest speakers that will range from local officials, experts in the field, and people with lived experience, along with a panel discussion about the intersection of recovery, harm reduction, and family support. We will update this section with more details as they become finalized.

Other Event Highlights:

  • Free food will be served during the Resource Fair + Networking portion of the night
  • A celebration of life memorial will be featured for those we have lost - please feel free to bring a picture of the person you have lost to add to the memorial
  • Voter information and registration table will be available
  • Free Naloxone will be available (along with training if you are not familiar on how to use it)
  • Mobilize Recovery Day of Service activity - more information to come!

**Please RSVP to commit to attend and to help our local organizers appropriately prepare and ensure there will be enough food**
