Mobilize Recovery is coming to the Coachella Valley!

The Mobilize Recovery Across America Bus Tour is rolling into the iconic Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, CA on Saturday, Sept. 21! Join us for an unforgettable celebration of Hazelden Betty Ford's 75th anniversary and the incredible legacy of former First Lady Betty Ford, a true champion of recovery.

This FREE, family-friendly event is packed with:

  • 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Warm Welcome

    • Arrive and enjoy food, music, and connect with partners.

  • 12:00 PM - 12:20 PM: Official Kickoff

    • The Mobilize Recovery bus arrives!
    • Hear inspiring welcome remarks from Rancho Mirage Mayor Steve Downs 
    • Witness the special proclamation of "Hazelden Betty Ford Day."

  • 12:20 PM - 1:00 PM: Celebration & Advocacy

    • Enjoy the festive atmosphere with food and music.
    • Sign the Mobilize Recovery bus with your message of hope.
    • Learn about naloxone & Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs)

  • 1:00 PM - 1:20 PM: Voices of Recovery

    • Be moved by the personal stories of three inspiring alumni speakers.

  • 1:20 PM - 2:00 PM: Connect & Celebrate

    • Continue the celebration, make new connections, and access valuable resources

This is also a Mobilize Recovery Day of Service event, one of many taking place across the country during National Addiction and Mental Health Recovery Month. Please bring diapers, baby wipes, and formula to donate to the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission’s Women’s & Children’s Shelter, as well as non-perishable food items (i.e. rice, beans, canned vegetables) to donate to Martha’s Village & Kitchen.
