**Reno** students will participate in an inspiring event featuring Joseph Green, a professional storyteller, narrative disruptor, award-winning spoken word artist, and author of the recently published graphic novel in verse, Talk Ugly and Other Poems. As a person in long-term recovery from substance use disorder and mental illness, Joseph will share how poetry and storytelling saved his life.

This interactive program will use music, poetry, and storytelling to create a multimedia experience that will leave you believing in the power of your own story.
