Event Highlights

  • Take a moment to sign the bus with your own message of inspiration or hope, recovery date, or honor a loved one in remembrance
  • Food Truck!
  • Engage with local leaders, elected officials, and speakers from the recovery community
  • Learn more about local efforts to connect folks to peer support in the community, local emergency departments, and in the places where they live
  • Find additional resources for friends and family members impacted by substance use, including ongoing mutual aid groups
  • Support voter education, engagement, and registration of the recovery community
  • Receive overdose prevention education, training, & resources such as naloxone
  • Connect to partner resources, advocacy tools, and discussion forums
  • Link to locally based events happening as part of Mobilize Recovery’s Day of Service with the national tour

This event is organized in partnership with Utah Support Advocates for Recovery Awareness. USARA’s mission is to connect and inspire communities to advocate for addiction recovery. We envision a Utah where recovery community and connection are recognized as the most valuable assets for people to recover from addiction in addition to local partnership with Fit to Recover, Utah Naloxone, and Young People in Recovery. 

This bus tour receives cornerstone support from iHeartMedia, Meta, and SAMHSA and Opioid Response Network.
