Operation Understanding: Stigma in Health Settings
Join Mobilize Recovery and our partners Shatterproof for this workshop in the Operation Understanding Virtual Series.
Stigma can influence how people experiencing substance use disorder are perceived, treated, and supported. Through guided reflection and discussion, this webinar helps participants deepen their understanding of SUD stigma and explore ways to reduce stigma in their everyday interactions, and within health settings.
This workshop is presented by Gabby Granata, Program Manager on Shatterproof’s National Stigma Initiative, where she co-leads the development and implementation of the Provider’s Pathway learning experience to reduce addiction stigma and promote high-quality care for people with substance use disorder.
