GXC Live 2026, which was scheduled to take place December 6–9 at MGM Grand Las Vegas, has been cancelled by Exchange Events / GXC.
This was a decision made solely by GXC. Mobilize Recovery is deeply disappointed by this news, and we know many members of our community were looking forward to gathering in Las Vegas. Like many of you, we are navigating this update in real time and working quickly to determine the best path forward for our community under circumstances outside of our control.
GXC will be reaching out directly to registered attendees with more information about next steps. Our understanding is that registration fees will be refunded promptly by GXC. If you have questions about your registration, refund, or any other GXC-related event details, you can contact the GXC team directly at [email protected].
Even with this disappointing news, Mobilize Recovery still has big things planned.
We are exploring a separate in-person opportunity to come together in Las Vegas. To be clear, this would not take place during the same December 7–9 dates as GXC Live, and it would not take the same shape as the original GXC gathering. We are actively working through what may be possible and expect to share more information within the next few weeks, so please keep an eye out for updates from us.
We are also planning Mobilize Recovery-led gatherings in a number of states across the country, plus a marquee virtual event later this year, and many more ways for this community to connect, organize, and take action.
And across the country, community-led recovery events are already happening from coast to coast. You can find upcoming events here:
Mobilize Recovery has always been about more than one event. It’s about bringing people together, lifting up recovery voices, and building a stronger, more connected movement across the country. We’re grateful to everyone who continues to be part of this work, and we look forward to sharing more soon about the gatherings, events, and opportunities to take action still ahead.
