Anxiety is something everyone experiences. But when the anxiety alarm bells in your head turn on — and stay on — too often, it may be an anxiety disorder. Creator Lev Cameron ‪(@Lev.Cameron)‬ sits down with his friend and fellow YouTuber Sophie Fergi ‪(@SophieFergi‬) to share his experience with anxiety: his symptoms, indicators it was time to reach out for help, and how he navigates everyday life with anxiety.

Later joined by Dr. Amira Collison, a consulting expert for The Jed Foundation (JED) and a child psychiatry fellow at UCLA, Lev opens up about how music can help anxiety, his strategies to help him manage anxious moments, and how having a diagnosis has brought him peace of mind. Watch to learn about:

  • The wide range of mental and physical symptoms anxiety can cause
  • Signs it may be time to reach out for help with anxiety
  • The line between anxiety and an anxiety disorder
  • How to get more comfortable talking to your friends and family about anxiety
  • Ways to figure out what sets off your anxiety and how to prepare or avoid those triggers
  • Treatment for anxiety, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and medication

As Lev explains: There are so many anxiety warriors around the world, fighting the anxiety battle every single day. You are not alone in your mental health challenges — and as Lev learned himself — there is support available to you to make life with anxiety easier.
